In the early 1990s, my brother and I enjoyed playing Maxis SimCity Classic on MSDOS. Although it was possible at the time to get a SoundBlaster for better quality audio, all we had was a PC Speaker. I have since come to appreciate this 8-bit jazzy tune.
I don’t have the original box anymore but I did find the artwork online. The tornado graphic is especially nostalgic!
